- Stock: weekly hand-slaughtered allocation – may be supplied fresh or frozen; stock not covered by a pre-order is blast frozen fresh on the day
- Order window: order by Friday for following week delivery, Wednesday to Saturday
- Packing: insulated thermal-lined bag with ice gel packs to keep the order cold in transit
- Storage: keep refrigerated at 0-4°C if fresh. Keep frozen if supplied frozen and thaw in the fridge before cooking.
