Do you deliver to my suburb?

Yes — delivery availability depends on your postcode. Enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery options and fees.

Is everything 100% halal?

Yes. Waqiah Foods is Muslim-owned and operated and all products we sell are 100% halal. We keep halal documentation on file and verify it regularly.

Why don’t you publish halal certificates or supplier details?

To protect our supply chain and prevent misuse of documents, we don’t publish supplier certificates or supplier names online. If you have questions, contact us and we’ll explain our halal assurance process.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t entered preparation/packing yet, we can usually update it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery days and available times are shown at checkout. Some items may require 1–2 days lead time depending on stock and preparation.

How is meat packed for delivery?

Orders are packed to maintain cold-chain standards. If anything arrives damaged or not at the expected quality, contact us right away and we’ll assist.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Yes — we can help with bulk orders for food trucks, restaurants, or events. Email sales@waqiahfoods.com.au with your suburb/postcode and weekly quantities.

Is your chicken hand-slaughtered — and have you verified the process?

Yes. We take halal compliance seriously and we personally verify our supply chain. Our team has visited and inspected the relevant processing facilities, and we confirm the hand-slaughter process and halal standards are followed. We also keep supporting halal documentation on file and review it regularly.
